Oakland man charged with firing shots after women asked him to stop publicly displaying genitals

OAKLAND — Prosecutors have charged a person with firing photographs into the air at an Oakland homeless camp, allegedly after two girls informed him to place his genitals again into his trousers and go away.

The suspect, a 22-year-old Oakland resident, has been charged with 4 felonies, together with negligently capturing a gun and carrying a gun with no serial quantity in public. He was additionally arrested on suspicion of possessing a managed substance and is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.
