Two inmates die after being attacked in Northern California prison yards

FOLSOM  — Two inmates serving life sentences have died after being attacked at Northern California prisons, corrections officers stated Wednesday.

Robert Tunstall, 64, died Wednesday morning after one other inmate attacked him within the recreation yard at Salinas Valley State Jail, based on an announcement from the state Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
