OAKLAND — A girl was killed early Saturday in a hit-and-run visitors collision in East Oakland, authorities mentioned.
Police is not going to establish the girl, a 61-year-old Pittsburg resident, till subsequent of kin is notified. She was discovered at about 2:15 a.m. Saturday within the westbound lanes of the 9900 block of Worldwide Boulevard.
Police mentioned the girl was crossing the road exterior of the marked crosswalk strains when she was hit by a car, which then left the scene. It's unknown if alcohol, medicine or the car’s pace had been elements within the crash.
