Homeless man who knocked California library employee unconscious is arrested, police say

A homeless man accused of randomly knocking an Anaheim Central Library worker unconscious and shoving a Goal buyer earlier this month has been arrested, Anaheim Police Division officers stated on Saturday, March 26.

Police this week requested for the general public’s assist in finding the person after the 2 consecutive assaults on March 3.

On Friday, patrol officers had been within the space of Broadway and Manchester Avenue once they noticed 32-year-old Ivory Julian Anderson Jr., who was carrying comparable clothes to the suspect on the time of the assaults.

Anderson, described as homeless, admitted to each assaults, police stated in a information launch.

The library clerk suffered a laceration to his head and fell unconscious. He has since recovered, based on police. He declined an interview with a reporter.
