Rep. Mike Winder introduced Tuesday that he has joined a number of different legislators who've examined optimistic for COVID-19 throughout the legislative session.
Winder, R-West Valley Metropolis, and his spouse Karyn Winder, president of the Granite College Board, examined optimistic for the sickness Monday evening, the consultant mentioned on Twitter.
Though they each have a sore throat, Winder mentioned, "We're glad to be vaxxed and boosted or this might have been worse, and we've the marvels of expertise" to have the ability to attend legislative and faculty district conferences remotely.

In an e mail to KSL.com, Winder famous that members of the Home and employees members are required to get examined for COVID-19 twice per week, "which is proving to be a great way to catch circumstances as they creep up."
He mentioned somebody requested him on Fb why he thinks he would have had a worse case of COVID-19 with out the vaccine.
Winder says he identified that "analysis over 10 states throughout the omicron wave present that these vaxxed and boosted are 82% much less more likely to find yourself at an pressing care and 90% much less more likely to be hospitalized when contracting omicron than those that weren't."
Not less than three different legislators have introduced optimistic COVID-19 exams because the 2022 Utah Legislature started in mid-January.
