HAYWARD — Alameda County prosecutors have charged a person with murdering his personal brother in a March taking pictures, court docket data present.
The murder of 57-year-old Sammy Risti, which has not been beforehand reported, occurred round 2 p.m. March 1 at a house on the 200 block of Medford Avenue in Hayward, in keeping with court docket data. Sammy Risti’s brother, Robert Risti, allegedly confessed to the killing as officers arrived, then later in a police interrogation room.
Robert Risti has been in Santa Rita Jail in Dublin since March 1, on a no-bail maintain. His arraignment, which was presupposed to happen Thursday, has now been postponed twice. Risti is subsequent scheduled to enter a plea on Could 26, court docket data present.
