GILROY – A 40-year-old man was arrested in reference to a taking pictures in Gilroy earlier this week, police mentioned.
The taking pictures was reported round 9:15 a.m. Tuesday in a area between Gilman Highway and Camino Arroyo, the Gilroy Police Division mentioned in a press release Thursday.
The Gilroy man obtained upset when the sufferer requested him to go away the property, police mentioned, including that the suspect pulled out a gun and fired a single spherical that hit the bottom close to the sufferer.
Police mentioned the suspect fled into a close-by creek. Officers later discovered him hiding in a tent and arrested him. Two weapons had been additionally seized through the investigation, police mentioned.
No accidents had been reported.
The suspect was booked into Santa Clara County jail on fees associated to the taking pictures. As of Thursday, he remained in custody on $500,000 bail, in accordance with jail data.
