WILLOW GLEN>>The San Jose Chamber Orchestra is performing the world premiere of “ZOFO Encajonado,” a concertino in three actions for piano 4 fingers, cajon and strings, on Might 14 at 7 p.m. at St. Francis Episcopal Church, 1025 Pine Ave.
Pablo Ortiz wrote the piece for ZOFO—pianists Eva-Maria Zimmermann and Keisuke Nakagoshi—who will play with the San José Chamber Orchestra underneath conductor Barbara Day Turner.
