OAKLAND — A 27-year-old Antioch man fatally shot as he was driving in East Oakland Saturday morning was recognized by police Monday as Mitchell Monroe.
Monroe, the daddy of two younger daughters, was discovered simply earlier than 4 a.m. Saturday within the 3900 block of Keller Avenue, close to the place his automotive had crashed after the capturing, authorities stated. He died later at a hospital.
