Officers in Southwest Louisiana have charged a 58-year-old man with capturing at a bunch of juveniles who had been enjoying conceal and search, injuring one.
The incident occurred early Sunday morning within the small city of Starks, Louisiana, close to the Texas state line.
Authorities say that a group of juveniles “had been enjoying conceal and search within the space and had been hiding on the neighbor’s property,” when David V. Doyle fired his weapon.
Doyle advised detectives that he “noticed shadows outdoors his house, at which era he went inside and retrieved his firearm. He then suggested detectives he went again outdoors and noticed folks working away from his property, at which era he started capturing at them,” in line with a launch from the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff Workplace.
A 14-year-old woman was shot at the back of the top and was transported to the hospital with “non-life threatening accidents,” the division stated.
