A magnitude 3.4 earthquake struck close to the coast within the Malibu space Monday morning, in line with the U.S. Geological Survey.
The quake hit at 8:05 a.m. It was centered within the Carbon Canyon space of Malibu, in line with a USGS map.
The three.7-mile-deep quake was centered 2.5 miles west-southwest of Malibu Seaside and seven.7 miles south of Calabasas.
The quake was felt as a single, sharp jolt within the San Fernando Valley.
Residents reported feeling the quake throughout the Los Angeles space as far east as Glendale and as far south because the South Bay, in addition to within the Santa Clarita and Simi Valley areas.
There have been no experiences of accidents or injury.
