Two males are going through felony fees after investigators say had been "a part of a mob" that chased one other man and stabbed him a number of instances.
David Oling, 29, and Nyawoke Biel, 30, each of Salt Lake Metropolis, had been every charged Monday in third District Court docket with aggravated assault leading to critical harm, a first-degree felony. Two different males are listed in courtroom paperwork as co-defendants, however as of Tuesday, formal fees had not been filed.
The assault occurred about 3:45 a.m. on July 4 close to 414 W. 500 South. Police say the sufferer claimed that his son was being attacked by a gaggle of males so he tried to intervene.
