OAKLAND — A person was fatally shot late Wednesday evening as he drove on Interstate 580, authorities mentioned.
His identify was not instantly launched.
The California Freeway Patrol mentioned the capturing occurred about 11:55 p.m. Wednesday within the westbound lanes of the freeway close to 14th Avenue in East Oakland.
