Residents within the Santa Cruz Mountains on Thursday morning posted movies and images of snow falling in locations as little as Boulder Creek, roughly 500 toes above sea stage, exhibiting what forecasters count on many within the Bay Space to see for themselves this weekend.
Hail, thunder, lightning and gusty winds are also forecast from Oregon to Southern California, with consensus being that primetime for viewing will begin Thursday night time for residents within the South Bay and East Bay residing close to 500 toes above sea stage.
“It’s gonna be a large mess,” Nationwide Climate Service meteorologist Brayden Murdock mentioned.
Total, 4 to 12 inches of snow is predicted to fall within the Santa Cruz Mountains, East Bay Hills, the North Bay inside and coastal mountains, and the Monterey and San Benito mountains.
