San Francisco homicide: Teens suspected of shooting guard at Japantown mall

Two teenage boys have been arrested on suspicion of fatally capturing a safety guard in San Francisco’s Japantown on Wednesday night, police stated.

Police have been referred to as to the Japan Middle Mall, at Webster and Geary, shortly after 5 p.m. on Jan. 4. They discovered a safety guard with a gunshot wound; he died on the scene.

The person’s identify has not been formally launched, however relations recognized him to the media as Gavin Boston, 40. His sister informed CBS Information Bay Space that he was escorting the kids from the mall when he was shot.

The boys, ages 15 and 14, have been booked into the Juvenile Justice Middle, the older on suspicion of homicide, the youthful on suspicion of accent to homicide.
