‘Belonging’ at Euphrat
The Euphrat Museum of Artwork is presenting “Areas of Belonging” along side Silicon Valley Reads 2023, which kicks off Jan. 26 at De Anza Faculty, the place the Euphrat is positioned.
“Areas of Belonging” options native artists Frances Paragon Arias, Ellen Bepp, Ted Fullwood and Flo Oy Wong, all of whom create such areas by means of their community-based work and artwork.
The exhibit runs by means of March 25. Paintings contains handcut paper “poems,” large-scale summary ceramics and woven sculptures, a nature haiku set up impressed by an area college backyard, and silkscreen prints about indigenous ceremony and social justice points.
Museum hours are Tuesday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-3 p.m., and Saturday, Feb. 25 and March 4, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

League wants board members
The Cupertino-Sunnyvale League of Girls Voters is searching for recent faces to switch retiring board members.
