The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority stated it was investigating a “harmful” act aboard a light-weight rail practice Wednesday night, hours after viral video apparently filmed on a San Jose freeway surfaced on Instagram.
The video, posted by Instagram consumer “mi_luna_estrella” round midday Wednesday, confirmed an individual clinging to the again of a VTA gentle rail shifting at excessive pace. Jessica Gomez, the lady who recorded the video, advised NBC Bay Space that the incident came about on Freeway 87 and the individual acquired off the practice at what she thought was Tamien gentle rail station.
“VTA is investigating what seems to be somebody participating in an especially harmful and irresponsible act on a light-weight rail automobile,” the transit company stated in a tweet. “We urge anybody who sees this sort of habits to name 911.
