VTA condemns ‘irresponsible act’ seen in San Jose viral video

The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority stated it was investigating a “harmful” act aboard a light-weight rail practice Wednesday night, hours after viral video apparently filmed on a San Jose freeway surfaced on Instagram.

The video, posted by Instagram consumer “mi_luna_estrella” round midday Wednesday, confirmed an individual clinging to the again of a VTA gentle rail shifting at excessive pace.
