The household of George Floyd introduced plans to sue Ye, previously identified by Kanye West, after he made feedback on the “Drink Champs” podcast about Floyd’s demise.
‘Drink Champs’ has since pulled the episode, citing “false and hurtful feedback” about George Floyd, per the Hollywood Reporter.
What did Kanye say about George Floyd’s demise?
George Floyd’s demise was dominated a murder because of police brutality, however West claimed Floyd died from a fentanyl overdose.
“They hit [Floyd] with the fentanyl. Should you look, the man’s knee wasn’t even on his neck like that,” West mentioned, in response to Newsweek.

On Tuesday, the attorneys for Roxie Washington, the mom of Floyd’s daughter—Gianna Floyd—then launched a assertion wherein they introduced that Floyd’s household deliberate to sue West for “harassment, misappropriation, defamation and infliction of emotional misery looking for $250 million dollars in damages.”
“The pursuits of the kid are precedence,” Legal professional Nuru Witherspoon said, “George Floyd’s daughter is being retraumatized by Kanye West’s feedback and he’s creating an unsafe and unhealthy atmosphere for her.”
