EAST PALO ALTO – A 3rd suspect has been arrested in reference to a taking pictures final month in East Palo Alto, police stated.
The taking pictures occurred Sept. 10 simply after 11:15 p.m. at an house advanced within the 1900 block of Manhattan Avenue, in line with the East Palo Alto Police Division.
Police stated a black sedan pulled into an alleyway and two occupants fired at the least 14 pictures at a bunch of individuals gathered on a staircase. Nobody was hit by the gunfire.
