DALY CITY – Two folks have been arrested on suspicion of robbing an individual of a French bulldog pet over the summer season in Daly Metropolis, in keeping with authorities.
The theft was reported Aug. 25 close to Skyline Plaza. The sufferer, along with being robbed of their bulldog and different property, was assaulted with a firearm, the Daly Metropolis Police Division stated in an announcement Monday.
In accordance with police, a month-long investigation resulted within the identification of two suspects – a 19-year-old El Cerrito resident and a 19-year-old Daly Metropolis resident.
The bulldog was additionally recovered and returned to its proprietor.
Search warrants that had been served as a part of the investigation led to the seizure of a number of firearms and high-capacity magazines, police stated.
Each suspects had been arrested and booked into San Mateo County jail on a number of felony costs.
