Pizza Hut launched a brand new menu merchandise on Tuesday which may seem to be a single slice choice at first look. However not like the basic New York slice of pizza, this menu choice has a twist.

The New York Submit reported that within the 64 years that Pizza Hut has been round, that is the primary time that the fast-food chain has provided a single slice choice at taking part places. However this single slice choice is actually two pizza slices on prime of one another with toppings in between. Consider it like a pizza quesadilla or a pizza sandwich, with two slices of the Skinny N’ Crispy crust pizza and piles of toppings in between.

This merchandise, known as a “Pizza Hut Soften,” is bought for $6.99. In line with CNN, it is available in 4 variations — pepperoni, buffalo hen, hen bacon Parmesan and meat lover’s — that “are served with a marinara or ranch dressing dipping sauce.”

Whereas Pizza Hut experimented in 2014 with single slices, it by no means made it into each retailer and was rapidly deserted.

Fox Enterprise reported that the one slices in 2014 weren’t the chain’s solely experiment, “The Pizza Hut Soften succeeds its handheld predecessors the P’Zone, a pizza-calzone hybrid that debuted in 2002, and the P’Zolo, a pizza-sub sandwich hybrid that debuted in 2012.”

Whether or not or not the Pizza Hut Soften stays round is but to be seen.
