San Jose: The wait is over; Iron Chef’s Momosan restaurant opens at Santana Row

Let the noodle slurping start.

A month after “Iron Chef” Masaharu Morimoto got here to San Jose to rejoice the Bay Space debut of his Momosan ramen and sake restaurant, the Santana Row location has formally opened.

Momosan Santana Row is the famend chef’s first ramen store in California and his sixth nationwide. He launched the idea in New York Metropolis in 2016, and has since expanded to Honolulu, Seattle, Miami and Boston. He additionally owns a high-end Wine Nation restaurant, Morimoto Napa.
