SAN JOSE — A teen has been arrested after stabbing a person then barricading himself inside an East San Jose condo Thursday morning, police stated.
Officers have been known as at 10:18 a.m. to a posh on Pamela Avenue close to Regional Medical Middle for a report of a “household disturbance” throughout which a 23-year-old man was stabbed, based on San Jose police.
The injured man was taken to the hospital with what police stated was a non-life threatening harm. After the reported stabbing, police stated the 17-year-old boy suspected within the assault holed up in an condo.
Police closed down Pamela Avenue; at round 12:40 p.m., police detained the teenager, who was seen being positioned behind an ambulance. Sgt. Christian Camarillo, a police spokesman, stated a relative of the particular person helped discuss him into surrendering peacefully.
The ambulance was summoned as a result of the boy requested medical help for an unspecified leg harm suffered previous to the police callout, Camarillo stated.
