Photos: Community loses homes and pets to quick-moving Mill Fire in Weed

WEED — Fueled by gusty winds and sweltering warmth, the fast-moving Mill Fireplace supplied an ominous starting to a brutally sizzling Labor Day weekend in Northern California, because it tore by way of Siskiyou County neighborhoods, claiming dozens of houses, inflicting a number of accidents, and sending 1000's of residents fleeing for his or her lives.
