The Orlando Magic unveiled their latest Assertion Version uniforms, which function a pair of Magic classics: stars and pinstripes.
The uniform, which was unveiled on Thursday, options black pinstripes on high of the group’s main blue shade — a tribute to “fan-favorite moments created by Magic legends,” in keeping with the group.
The black star sample alongside the edges pays homage to the Magic’s uniforms from 1998-2003.
The uniform will debut within the Magic’s residence opener vs. the Boston Celtics on Oct. 22.
Orlando will put on its Assertion uniform at 10 residence video games this season.
That is the third out of 4 uniforms within the Magic’s assortment for the 2022-23 season: Icon (black), Affiliation (white), Assertion (blue) and a soon-to-be-unveiled Metropolis Version.
The Assertion jerseys will be pre-ordered now by the Magic’s App.
Magic meals distribution
The Magic and Florida Blue plan to distribute 1,600 meals to households as a part of their Block Out Starvation program on Saturday at Iglesia Generación de Fé (12250 S. John Younger Parkway).
The occasion is free and open to the general public. Meals can be found on a first-come, first-served foundation. Households may also register for meals at Block Out Starvation.
The Magic and Florida Blue introduced the Block Out Starvation program in the course of the 2020-21 season. For each block the Magic had all through 2021-22, Florida Blue donated 10 meals to Second Harvest Meals Financial institution of Central Florida, a complete of three,670 meals.
