A crash that killed at the least one individual closed eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 in Richmond for practically three hours Wednesday morning.
The crash was reported at 2:49 a.m. as a pickup truck that had run into the middle divide simply east of Hilltop Drive. California Freeway Patrol officers discovered at the least one different disabled automobile on the scene, and a witness stated that a tractor-trailer that had collided with the pickup truck stored going.
One sufferer was airlifted for medical therapy, the CHP incident log stated.
Visitors was diverted onto Hilltop till 6 a.m. because the crash was investigated and the scene cleared.
