Milpitas man charged with sexually assaulting teen at Santa Clara County park

CUPERTINO — A Milpitas man who authorities say is a registered intercourse offender has been charged with sexually assaulting a teen he met on-line, on a number of events at a county park within the West Valley.

Kevin Mathew Cable can be accused of giving the teenager alcohol throughout their sexual encounters within the parking zone of Rancho San Antonio Park in Cupertino. Santa Clara County sheriff’s investigators added that in his police interrogation, Cable admitted to having different sexual relationships with minors.

Cable, a 51-year-old Milpitas resident, was arrested Wednesday at his office in Palo Alto, the sheriff’s workplace stated. He's being held with out bail within the Elmwood males’s jail, and faces 10 felony counts of oral copulation with a minor.

The sheriff’s workplace stated its sexual-assault detectives started investigating Cable earlier this month after they acquired a tip about an grownup having intercourse with a teen on the parking zone.
