A 50-year-old man was shot and killed in broad daylight in Stockton on Friday morning, police stated.
Officers responded at 10:07 a.m. to the 5400 block of Cosumnes Drive on stories of an individual shot.
The person was situated with not less than one gunshot wound and died on the scene in keeping with police.
Police stated an arrest has not been made.
