A driver was arrested early Sunday morning after legislation enforcement stated he hit a person crossing Baseline Avenue in Highland hours earlier than, killing him.
Kyle Michael Cornwell VI, 24, of Highland, was arrested at his house shortly after the crash that killed a 56-year-old man, who was discovered mendacity in the midst of Baseline close to McKinley Avenue simply previous 10 p.m.
