HIGHLAND PARK, In poor health. (AP) — No less than 5 persons are useless and 19 have been taken to hospitals after a taking pictures at a July Fourth parade in a Chicago suburb, and officers are trying to find a suspect, police stated Monday.
The Chicago Solar-Instances reported that the parade started round 10 a.m. but it surely was immediately halted 10 minutes later after photographs have been fired.
