Over time, the Utah Legislature has handed some nice legal guidelines and a few not-so-great legal guidelines.
One not-so-great regulation is the regulation making it authorized for bike drivers to drive their bikes between lanes of site visitors on the roadways. There's barely sufficient room for a automobile or truck to journey down a lane of site visitors not to mention having a bike creep up in your left or proper aspect, and the horrendous noise a bike makes is usually jarring and downright terrifying. I really feel the individuals of Utah could be higher served if this regulation was rescinded.
