Elon Musk stated he believes Twitter Inc. is breaching their merger settlement by not offering details about spam and faux accounts that the billionaire has demanded.

In an amended securities submitting on Monday, Musk stated he believes Twitter is “actively resisting and thwarting his info rights” by refusing to reveal the knowledge.

Final month,  Musk stated he wouldn’t proceed along with his $44 billion takeover of Twitter except the social media big can show bots make up fewer than 5% of its customers.
