SAN JOSE — A 3-alarm hearth at two San Jose duplexes over the weekend displaced not less than seven folks and one canine, in response to authorities.
No accidents have been reported.
The fireplace was reported Sunday at 6:46 p.m. at a home within the 100 block of Roundtable Drive, in response to the San Jose Hearth Division. Arriving hearth crews reported heavy smoke coming from the again of the lot and that a second constructing was concerned.
PG&E was referred to as to the scene on account of reviews of a transformer and wires being concerned with the fireplace, officers stated.
Second and third alarms have been referred to as at 7:01 p.m. and seven:25 p.m., respectively. The fireplace was knocked down at 8:21 p.m. and positioned below management by 9:49 p.m. Pink Cross assisted with seven folks displaced by the blaze and one canine.
