SAN JOSE — The suspect in a March 27 assault was charged with murder after the sufferer died Friday from his accidents, authorities stated.
Amiel Mirador, 32, of San Jose, was arrested the evening of the assault and booked within the Santa Clara County jail.
Authorities won't launch the id of the male sufferer till his next-of-kin is notified.
Police had responded at about 8:11 p.m. on March 27 to a report of an individual down at Avenida Grande and By way of Romero, the intersection in entrance of Los Paseos Elementary college.
The sufferer was discovered affected by head trauma and was taken to a hospital with life-threatening accidents. On Friday, he succumbed to these accidents and was pronounced lifeless.
That is the sixth dying in 2022 that San Jose police are investigating as a murder.
