Covina police shot and killed a suspect throughout a confrontation exterior a liquor retailer Saturday night time, authorities stated.
The capturing befell as officers responded to a name within the neighborhood about 10:10 p.m. within the 100 block of East Arrow Freeway, stated Deputy Lizette Falcon of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Division, which is helping Covina police with the investigation.
Paramedics rushed the wounded man to a hospital, the place he was pronounced lifeless, Falcon stated.
No officers have been injured, she stated.
