SAN FRANCISCO — A Harmony man who had been beforehand investigated for alleged little one molestation has been charged, a 12 months after prosecutors seized his cellphone in a baby pornography investigation.
Patrick S. Yelton, 50, was charged March 28 with three counts of forcible sexual abuse of a kid below 13. The alleged offenses had been dedicated in 2015, and prosecutors had beforehand declined to cost Yelton because of lack of proof.
