An 18-year-old who died in a one-car crash in Harmony over the weekend has been recognized by authorities.
Abel Garcia, of Harmony, died after being rushed to a hospital following the crash. The Contra Costa County Coroner’s workplace launched his identification Tuesday.
The wreck occurred about 4:40 p.m. Saturday on Mohr Lane close to Nuala Avenue, on town’s south facet, police mentioned. Officers and paramedics supplied look after Garcia on the scene.
The crash broken an influence pole and knocked out electrical energy within the space. Pacific Gasoline & Electrical crews repaired the poles and restored energy to the close by space by Saturday evening.
