Concerted efforts

Two native music organizations are holding live shows on the McAfee Performing Arts and Lecture Middle at Saratoga Excessive Faculty this weekend.

The Steinway Society Silicon Valley is presenting pianist  Yeol Eum Son March 12 at 7:30 p.m. This system consists of works by Baldassare, Mendelssohn, Prokofiev, Ravel and Kapustin.

In-person tickets are $38-$65 and livestream tickets are $40 at https://steinwaysociety.com/tickets.

On March 13 the Saratoga Symphony performs a 3 p.m. live performance on the McAfee Middle, 20300 Herriman Ave. This system of Romantic music options the Jubilee Overture (1818) by Weber, Symphony No. 7 (1821) by Schubert and Violin Concerto No.2 (1877) by Bruch, with violinist Julian Brown.

The live performance is free. Attendees should put on masks contained in the theater.

Wine and cheese date evening
