A person and lady have been arrested and fees filed within the deadly taking pictures of a person on the morning of March 2 in Oakley, police mentioned.
Billy Bruce Cole, 32, of Oakley was charged with first diploma homicide, and Anastashia Wilfong, 27, of West Sacramento, with “accent after the actual fact,” authorities mentioned.
Police had been known as to a home on the 1400 block of Carpenter Street in Oakley after Contra Costa County sheriff’s deputies arrived to serve an unrelated search warrant for unlawful medication and weapons.
