Man shot dead in East Oakland’s Fruitvale neighborhood

OAKLAND — A person was fatally shot Sunday in Oakland’s Fruitvale neighborhood, authorities stated.
Shortly earlier than 6:30 p.m., officers responded to studies of a site visitors collision within the 3300 block of Worldwide Boulevard, police stated late Sunday.
When officers arrived, they discovered a collision involving a number of autos with an individual inside one car affected by a gunshot wound.
Regardless of emergency life-saving measures by police, the person was pronounced lifeless on the scene.
