A horse was struck and presumably killed on the northbound 15 Freeway in Norco Sunday afternoon. The crash led the California Freeway Patrol to close down the whole freeway close to sixth Avenue.
A caller advised CHP dispatchers that two horses have been seen operating in lanes simply earlier than 1 p.m.
