Bay Area man swept off rocks, drowns, while fishing in Big Sur

BIG SUR – A person fishing with a good friend was swept off the rocks close to Jade Cove in Large Sur over the weekend and drowned.

Zhi Neng, Huang, 49, of San Francisco was fishing with one other man who stated his good friend seemingly was in a squatting place baiting his hook when he was hit by a wave.
