OAKLAND — A 68-year-old man who filmed himself molesting a 3-year-old woman was sentenced Tuesday to 16 years and eight months in federal jail, prosecutors introduced.
Adalberto Borja Guardado, of San Pablo, pleaded responsible final 12 months to little one coercion and enticement, a federal offense. As a part of his responsible plea, he admitted to molesting the younger woman, whose mom labored as a caretaker to Guardado’s aged mom.
