OAKLAND — A 27-year-old man has been arrested and charged with homicide in reference to a July deadly taking pictures in Oakland, court docket information present.
Latrail White was arrested in Fremont on Feb. 10, and has been in Santa Rita Jail in Dublin ever since. Prosecutors have charged him with murdering Travis Ward, 48, of Oakland, in addition to being a felon in possession of ammunition and firearms.
Ward was shot and killed July 24, on the 1600 block of twenty third Avenue simply north of Foothill Boulevard. He was discovered on the street about 9:30 a.m. and was pronounced lifeless on the crime scene.
