A 3.2 earthquake was recorded Monday morning close to Santa Clarita, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
The quake, at 8:41 a.m., was centered within the Potrero Canyon space, close to the Los Angeles-Ventura county line within the hills 6 miles west of Santa Clarita.
Early experiences to the USGS Did You Really feel It web site point out it was felt as distant as Oxnard and North Hollywood.
The epicenter was about 25 miles from that of a 3.8 quake on Thursday close to Santa Paula.
