A legal warrant from the Justice of the Peace Court docket of Cobb County, obtained by CBS46, alleges the 37-year-old man positioned a digital camera within the boys rest room at Blackwell Elementary College on Jan. 26.
The warrant says he used the digital camera to watch two 10-year-olds and an 8-year-old use the urinal. He's charged with three counts of felony eavesdropping-surveillance.
