Utah State falls short against Fresno State, drops third straight contest

FRESNO, Calif. (AP) — Deon Stroud got here off the bench to attain 14 factors to hold Fresno State to a 61-54 win over Utah State on Tuesday evening, the Bulldogs’ ninth consecutive house victory.

Anthony Holland had 13 factors for Fresno State (13-4, 3-1 Mountain West Convention). Orlando Robinson added 11 factors, 13 rebounds, six assists and three blocks.

Utah State totaled 23 factors within the second half, a season low for the group.

Sean Bairstow had 12 factors and 6 rebounds for the Aggies (10-8, 1-4). Justin Bean added 10 factors.
