Global brokerage firm Morgan Stanley in a note released on November 15th said that the automotive semiconductor chip shortage is now "in the rear-view mirror". According to the report, with Malaysian fabrication plants back to 100% in terms of workforce utilisation and car production beginning to recover globally, the semiconductor chip crunch may not affect car production after November this year.
