FIR has been registered against absconder Riyaz Bhati along with Param Bir Singh. The case has been filed against charges of extortion of 25 lakh rupees and money trafficking. The accused Riyaz Bhati is a very close acquaintance to the underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. There seems to be no relief for Riyaz Bhati, if he doesn't appear in front of the court within 30 days, his properties would be seized by the court.
